Have you believed statements like these?What if I wasn't supposed to take this job.
Maybe I've wasted my life by doing what I do for a living.
I've made too many mistakes to ever be blessed.
Maybe I married the wrong person.
Maybe it wasn't supposed to be this way.
If I hadn't done this, I wouldn't be here.
I'm always in the wrong place at the wrong time.
How could I be so selfish and stupid.
Are you constantly overshadowed by careless or foolish decisions and choices made in the past?
Feel as if nothing will ever change because of the scars of sin you bear?
Constantly angry at yourself and those who have failed you in your time of need?
Afraid to move on because every move is probably cursed anyhow
Truth be known...no one ever makes the perfectly right choice, and all of us have to deal with the consequences of our decisions(right or wrong). Truth is we have all failed, disappointed others, and been disappointed at one time or another.
BUT THERE IS AN AWESOME TRUTH IN THE PASSAGE BELOW...THAT CAN FREE US FROM BEING PARALYZED BY THE FEAR OF WRONG CHOICES AND GUILT OF CONDEMNATION DUE TO PAST SINFUL ACTIONS.
God's Word has so many powerful passages associated with the believer's "Liberty to Live" that we find due directly to the blessing of the Cross of Christ. When we hear the phrase:
"Jesus died for our sins"...
we will rarely search to establish our hearts on the depth and power of these words.
Why we settle with keeping the full truth held in a superficial trite place in our hearts is beyond me.
Why don't we want to be free...or if we want to be free, what is holding us back?
Faith effectual enough to cleave to Christ for Salvation comes by "hearing" and specifically by "hearing" the Word of God. Allow your pride to drop ...if you can trust Christ for the things you can't see...Heaven...why do you have such a hard time trusting Him with your living. "If we confess our sins(missing the mark), He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (unjustness, law breaking)." I John 1:9
Now if He will forgive us for things that put him on the Cross, that forgiveness covers all our living errors and misgivings.

Colossians 2:13-1413 And you, being dead (one that has breathed his last, lifeless deceased, departed, one whose soul is in heaven or hell destitute of life, without life, inanimate; metaphorically speaking: spiritually dead ,destitute of a life that recognizes and is devoted to God, because it is given up to trespasses and sins ,inactive as respect to doing right , destitute of force or power, inactive, inoperative) in your sins (to fall beside or near something, a lapse or deviation from truth and uprightness, a sin, misdeed) and the uncircumcision of your flesh, (a state in which the deeds of the flesh still have full control) hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven (gathering together in life with Him through His gracious preservation and deliverance) you all trespasses (lapses and fallings - same word translated sins found above); 14 Blotting out (Washing away thoroughly - bleaching out - purging away) the handwriting of ordinances (personally written, rules and requirements of the law that carry a weight and severity of impending judgment) that was against us, which was contrary to us (in total opposition to us - full adversarial purpose to condemn us thoroughly) and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross (raised the law up and out of the midst of us by nailing it securely to His Cross, the most cruel and ignominious punishment); 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers (stripped impotent the beginning actions/decisions and influencing choices condemning us) he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. (He openly continually parades and triumphs over these beginnings and choices IN THE CROSS, the perfect sacrifice of love for us and the Father).
His love and potential to demonstrate His love to you is only limited by our willingness or unwillingness to "LOOK and LIVE". He is honored by our willingness to believe...Take Him at his Word and be blessed...
Summary...
His Undeniable love for us, proved by the Cross...has total power to allow us to parade with Him over our past, present and future sins and failures...Live (receive His Quickening).
